With our legal department, we will prepare all realization documents for the sale of the property. Usually, the first stage of the sale is a tripartite contract, subsequently the sale contract itself.
An important part is also the agreement of the mechanism of release of the purchase price in favor of the seller, the selection of the most suitable depository, the choice of notary, law or bank deposit.
We will ensure and supervise the successful registration of the purchase contract in the Land Register.
Finally, we will help you handover the property to the new buyer, as well as transcribe the supplied electricity, gas media.
