The price of the apartment (with both parking places) with fees ranges from 414.000 to 417.000 EUR depending on whether you pay in cash or in combination with a mortgage.

If you are interested, a reservation deposit in the amount of 3.6% of the price of the property (12924 EUR apt with 1 parking, 13500 EUR apt with 2 parkings) will be paid to the account of a Slovak notary upon signing the reservation contract.
Subsequently, the purchase contract is prepared by a selected Austrian notary, who will also ensure the deletion of the previous lien, registration of the new lien and registration of the new owner in the cadastre.
