2-bedroom beautifully renovated apartment on Zochova street in a historic building, in a quiet courtyard, high ceilings, rough walls, open layout living room with kitchen.

The apartment is currently undergoing interior reconstruction and a change in the layout of the apartment, it has private access to two courtyards, which the owner can use as an external space for sitting outside, for growing flowers, herbs. It is an apartment that offers the feeling of living in a family house and at the same time living in the historical center of Bratislava.


The total area of ​​101.7 m2 of which the apartment has 94.8 m2 and a cellar 6.9 m2; plus loggia 1.2 m2, the apartment is situated on the ground floor on the 6th floor. in a building without an elevator, only a few steps lead to the apartment in the vestibule of the house, but the entrance to the apartment is at the back in the yard of a large apartment building, not by the road, in a quiet environment.

The apartment uses a cozy yard with an area of ​​9 square meters, under the windows of the apartment, to sit outside, or to grow flowers and herbs. There is also another yard with an area of ​​71 square meters, used together with one apartment, which could be accessed directly from the apartment, entrance to the yard is through the terrace door from one of the bedrooms. APARTMENT
- Complete reconstruction and change of layout of the apartment is taking place these days, while the owners renovated the apartment from its original state first in 2010, but in 2021 decided to change and improve the apartment before selling the apartment so that it is bright and suitable for families with children, and to a person who needs external space.

The apartment is currently undergoing the following changes:
- new light premium wooden oak parquets are laid in the whole apartment - herringbone in the living room, classic parquets in the bedrooms
- the bedrooms in the back of the apartment have been completely rebuilt to create two full bedrooms that can be used for either a double bedroom or a children's room, including a storage system
- the bedroom, which had a window to the backyard, was turned into a room with French doors with access to the backyard (71m2), the area of ​​the bedroom is 12m2, oriented to the north
- the bedroom, which had a window to the front smaller yard, was enlarged, today it has about 11 square meters and will fit a double bed and a walk-in closet
- a transit technical room in which there was a washing machine and a boiler has been transformed into a self-closing room, where a washing machine, dryer and electric boiler and a hot water tank will be located
- bathroom with window in which there is a bathtub, washbasin and hanging toilet got a new look with new tiles and tiling
- all rooms in the night part of the apartment have new white doors and white cladding frames
- the loggia at the entrance to the apartment is equipped with a new plastic door with transparent glass, which increased the brightness of the space
- all original double glazed windows were painted white, as well as the original entrance door to the apartment and door to the toilet in the vestibule
- in the entrance hall, where there is a kitchen, in the toilet and on the loggia there is a new uniform light tiles
- a hidden space for a storage room and a wardrobe will be built in the living room, on the wall of which a TV will be placed
- it is planned to change the kitchen and open it from the living room
- in the vestibule where the warehouse was, the toilet, including the washbasin, will be restored after years, so the apartment will have two toilets - one in the back of the bathroom, the other for guests in front of the apartment

The apartment has a height of 3 meters, in the living room is a lowered plasterboard ceiling with spot lighting, its height is 2.85 m.
The apartment is on the ground floor, so it is a little darker, but very pleasant, in the summer you do not need air conditioning (perimeter walls are 74cm) and in winter you heat with your own electric boiler and wood stove and maintain a comfortable temperature whenever you want.

- The kitchen has built-in appliances - gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher 60cm, and a free-standing American refrigerator with freezer.
